If prepare food on the grounds
(health dept. permit required)

$200 per food lot
If prepare single item
Eg., roasted corn, popcorn, peanuts or drinks
(health dept. permit required)
$160 per food lot
If sell only prepackaged foods
(no health dept. permit required)
$160 per food lot
Each adjoining lot
$50 per lot
   
Food concession lots required for any food item sold for immediate consumption. All food items must be sold from a food concession which meets the standards set by the Texas Department of Health. Health Departments permits may be acquired through the City of Canton offices. No new applicants are currently being accepted to the waiting list for food lost.
