Rates

  • Full Hook-up:
    • 30 AMP – $40/night
    • 50 AMP – $45/night
  • Water & Electric Only: $30/night

Dump Station

Available at the Flea Market Road entrance to the RV park.

Reserved Sites

  • Located on Flea Market Road off Hwy 64 West (near the Canton Civic Center). These are pull-through sites with full hook-ups.

  • Reservations open at 8:00 a.m. the Tuesday after First Monday weekend

  • Call (903) 567-6556 to book (3-night minimum)

  • Payment is due by the Friday before the sale

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Sites can be renewed for the next month if paid by 6:00 p.m. Sunday during the show

Unreserved Sites

  • Enter through the West Gate off FM 859 – first-come, first-served.

  • Full Hook-ups (north of Log Cabin):
    Visit the Log Cabin office before hooking up to get assigned and pay.

  • Water & Electric (south of Log Cabin):
    Pick an open spot, hook up, then report your space number and pay at the Log Cabin window.
